So I was blog tagged by Jason, so I guess its my turn. So here are my things you may or may not know about me.
- My middle name is Roy, there are a number of Roys on my mom’s side. Really named after my grandfather Leroy Watson, who incidentally was a consummate entrepreneur.
- My entrepreneurial endeavors started when I was 10 years old, and used to sell candy to my classmates. I used to buy candy at costco, and resell it in the black market that is elementary school.
- I am an avid snowboarder, despite growing up less than 10 miles from the ocean. But I cannot surf at all. Now if only I could get to the slopes more often.
- I ran for elected office on a write-me-in for every spot campaign in college. I managed to come in 3rd in I believe 4 different positions. Can’t imagine what would have happened if I’d won!
- I started infinimedia when I was 14 years old. 10 years ago. It was originally named Internet Page Makers, and was pretty cool at the time. Here we are a decade later, and the company is going stronger than ever. 2007 is going to be huge.
whats up so i have stumbled across ur page through critical miami.. i am not to into the whole blog things but urs is interesting. I have to agree with you about miami and how it is hard to meet people and all that.. I have just returned back home (miami beach) from cali and have noticed a lot happening just this past year.. more blogs and groups are forming to create a connection or some kind of response to what we (locals) all feel and bitch about.. I am also super happy that downtown is becoming alive again.. which will be great for the metro rail which should be expanded but i’ll save that for another time.. Just wanted to show some support.. Critical Miami is the shit!! Peace
